TCU sweethearts, Julie Mills and Steele Strubble, were married at University Park United Methodist Church on September 21st. Although they both graduated from Highland Park High School, they did not meet until they were both at TCU. Their wedding and reception was a beautiful celebration joined by their many friends from Highland Park and TCU. The reception was held at the Pavilion at the Belo which had been beautifully transformed into a romantic setting with the assistance of Garden Gate Floral. The bride’s cake was prepared by Jackie Spratt and was decorated with a beautiful arrangement of flowers. The groom’s cake, a Sarah Jane Francis cake, featured two horned frogs and the U.S. Marines emblem because of Steele’s association with the Marine Reserves. Julie and Steele were joined by their family and friends on the dance floor to the great music of The Project. After spending a glorious honeymoon in Bora Bora, Julie and Steele have returned to Dallas where they will live. We want to thank Julie and Steele for letting us be a part of their beautiful wedding and reception and wish them our best as they start their life together.
