Abbie and James’ gorgeous wedding was the perfect way for our team to kick off the summer! This sweet couple and their families are so fun and we had a blast from the early days of planning to their departure.  The evening kicked off with a touching ceremony at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church where the couple exchanged vows in front of close friends and family. After the ceremony, guests headed to the Crescent for a cocktail hour before moving into the ballroom for a seated dinner. Garden Gate’s florals in hues of cream and white created a timeless and elegant look throughout the room, which paired beautifully with the french blue details in seen in the menu cards. The bride’s cake, created by the Crescent, featured five tiers decorated beautifully with white and blue flowers cascading down the side. The groom’s cake, by Susie Cakes, was a little more playful–and featured a layer for each of the couple’s dogs. Emerald City did an incredible job, as evidenced by the pictures, and had all guests up and dancing throughout the entire evening. As guests left the reception, dog bones were given as gifts for their four legged friends at home! The newlyweds departed with a sparkler sendoff surrounded by their friends and family. This evening was so fun celebrating Abbie and James and we wish them a lifetime of happiness!
