Provide recommendations for the rehearsal dinner venue and will help with the vision for the evening. (If coordination and managing of the rehearsal dinner is needed, we can bill to the groom or his family separately.)
Attend unlimited number of vendor meetings. We will schedule and manage all meeting dates and times. If you would like, we will attend these meetings for you and report back to you details of the meeting so that you can make final decisions.
Will provide monthly “To Do” lists and will schedule and conduct planning meetings with client as needed.
Review, correspond and help negotiate all contracts with vendors
Assist with setting up hotel room blocks for your guests
Help proof all printed materials (invitation, ceremony program and all other printed items) before they go to print.
Assist with the wedding rehearsal. If there is not a church wedding coordinator, we will organize and coordinate the ceremony at the rehearsal as well as on the wedding day.
Finalize and confirm all details with all vendors the week of the wedding
Assist you with wedding related errands the day before and the day of the wedding
We will either purchase for you or accept delivery and store all items purchased by you for the hotel guest bags/boxes. We will put them together and deliver them those hotels where you have blocks of rooms for your hotel guests. If you would like us to make the purchases for you, you will be invoiced for those purchases at the time that they are made.
We will coordinate and monitor any transportation needed to transport hotel guests as well as the Wedding Party.
Create a master itinerary for all pre-wedding day events and the wedding day
Prepare itineraries for all vendors
Prepare a Wedding Party Itinerary outlining the schedule of wedding week events. We will send this out to the Wedding Party the week before the wedding.
Attend the ceremony planning meeting and manage the printing of the program. (Printing will be billed separately.) Once we are provided the order of service, we will manage the printing of the program. The order of service will be determined when you meet with the church and officiant.
Pick up ceremony programs and deliver them to the church.
If necessary, we will deliver and pick up Bridesmaids dresses that may need to be steamed. (A steaming charge will be billed separately.)
Arrange and attend a final walk through at the reception venue 7-14 days before the wedding day.
Provide a Park Cities Events team to insure that the rehearsal and the wedding day run smoothly.
Coordinate and assist with confirming that all rentals are in place and that all vendors are arriving to set up as determined by the event order and as determined by the wedding day itinerary
Handle distribution of any vendor tips on the day of the wedding
Coordinate loading all personal reception items in the Bride’s and/or Groom’s family cars at the end of the reception
Coordinate with vendors the strike of rentals from the ceremony space and reception venue at the end of the evening.

Some venues require extra coordination services and an additional flat fee may apply. (This will be determined once the venue has been selected. An additional fee will not be necessary for most venues.)
Additional services may be needed that are outside the scope of this package. An hourly fee of $125 for each PCE team member will be charged. (This fee will be agreed upon by the bride and her family before services begin.)
