Paige and Robert were married in an intimate ceremony at Dallas Country Club in front of family and friends. While guests enjoyed a cocktail reception in the Gallery, the ballroom was flipped into their beautiful reception space. Paige opted for colorful flowers designed by Garden Gate. The flowers were in various shades of yellow, pink, and green which paired beautifully with the candlelight seen throughout the ballroom. Downtown Fever serenaded the couple with their first dance, along with the bride’s dance with her dad and the groom’s dance with his mom.
After dinner, guests dined on the bride and groom’s cakes, both by Fancy Cakes by Lauren. We loved the bride’s cake which featured five tiers of white cake decorated with both real and iced flowers in the same shades as the centerpieces seen in the ballroom. The groom’s cake was an homage to some of Robert’s favorite things including Joe T. Garcia’s, a movie reel showing photos from Christmas Vacation, and a signed football from Darrel Roya.
As the reception continued, guests donned foam Statue of Liberty crowns to pay homage to the couple’s future move to New York City. At the end of the evening, the couple exited their reception in a sea of rose petals before hopping into a 1958 Rolls Royce. Paige and Robert are starting their new chapter in New York City as Paige begins law school. We loved planning this wedding for such a sweet couple and wish them all the best in NYC!
