Rosebud Manning and Charlie Nau were married surrounded by their family and friends on a beautiful April evening at Church of the Incarnation with a reception following at Dallas Country Club. Moving to Dallas after law school, Rosebud’s aunt and Charlie’s mom teamed together to set the couple up and, just a few years later, Charlie popped the question on the anniversary of their first date! After celebrating the couple the night before at El Fenix’s rooftop in downtown Dallas, Rosebud and Charlie spent the early part of Saturday relaxing with their wedding parties before heading to the church. Opting for neutral tones, the Bridesmaids looked gorgeous in floor length charcoal gowns while Rosebud stunned in a flowy, chiffon gown featuring a lace bodice and an illusion neckline. Rosebud’s cathedral length veil undoubtedly added a wow factor as she walked down the aisle with her father. Garden Gate went above and beyond in transforming DCC’s ballroom into an intimate and romantic setting. Vines and twinkling white lights cascaded from the ceiling of the entryway, creating a beautiful backdrop for Rosebud and Charlie to cut their cake and take pictures. Inside the ballroom, Garden Gate’s floral arrangements were filled with cream and white flowers, which perfectly accented the white dance floor and silver chiavari chairs. Fancy Cakes by Lauren created a beautiful and sleek five-tier wedding cake, accented by soft pink and white garden roses. As a surprise for Charlie, Rosebud hired the Dallas Mavericks Drumline to play a special performance after cake cutting. Needless to say, Charlie was thrilled and the performance proved to be a special treat for all the guests! Downtown Fever kept the party going and had all of the couple’s friends and family dancing and celebrating throughout the night. To cap off the evening, the Mavs drumline escorted Charlie and Rosebud outside, where the couple were showered with rose petals to their getaway car, a vintage Rolls Royce. After their honeymoon, the newlyweds will reside in Dallas! Our team had so much fun working with Rosebud, Charlie and their families to create their perfect wedding and, as always, loved getting to work with all the vendors who helped make the evening a success!
